Hey board,

We've been asked to come up with a schedule for our meetings. Legally,
we're required to meet once a year, but we may want to meet quarterly,
monthly, or weekly.

We'll meet in a Jabber conference: boardroom at pidgin.im. We need four
people to show up to a meeting for it to count, so let's decide how
much time we're able to commit. I wouldn't expect most meetings to
last longer than ten minutes.

I vote for quarterly.

Quarterly it is. Any particular day of the week good or bad for anyone?

I'm guessing not Sunday morning and not Wednesday night. Saturday doesn't
seem like a great idea, either. What about Tuesday evenings?

Is there a particular reason we expect to need to meet quarterly? I
would be more inclined to meet annually, and schedule additional
meetings as required -- that said, I have no real problem with
quarterly if others feel it is a good idea.

It's probably just a good idea to touch base more than once a year
just to see how everything's doing with everyone, even if there's
nothing important or urgent enough to schedule a special meeting just
for. This is especially true if Adium accepts our invitation to
organize underneath us, as we generally have little idea of what the
other project is up to.
