I count 3 votes in favor, none against, three not voting.  I don't think
we reached enough votes for this to count.

Mark asked about this at the meeting before I left, and I said I'd follow up.

While I was away, I received acknowledgement that the IRS has received
our application. Karen says it typically takes 60 days from that point
to get word back.
