Yeah, there will always have to be moderators. Either it'll be a bottleneck for publishing or you'll have problematic things there. I think simply a curated list is fine. I also think it's important to make clear what's pidgin and what are plugins. I can also imagine issues with plugins ending up in the wrong issue trackers... One popular but bad plugin can make you go crazy. It's often the case like prettier being broken is reported to pre-commit because the hook fails...

that whole list is 3rd party, but there's the "trusted" column for @SeriousEion 's stuff and the few i have, i'm not sure if anything else has it, but we should consider adding @hoehermann to the trusted circle too 🙂
